Mark Hopson is the Acquisition Alchemist at 18F housed within the Technology Transformation Services of the General Services Administration. He joined 18F as a contracting lead in January 2016 after working as a contracting officer at the U.S. Census Bureau for 5 years where he received numerous government and industry awards for innovative contracting methods. In his current role at 18F, he works on both internal procurements as well as consulting engagements for other agencies.
